End User License Agreement

By using Bogatell Bridge you agree that: (1) the service creates Verifactu invoice records and legal PDFs from invoices you approve in your accounting system; (2) you are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data in your accounting system and your tax mapping configuration; (3) records registered with the AEAT are immutable — corrections are made by rectificative invoice or cancellation as permitted by regulation; (4) the service is provided on a best-effort basis and we are not liable for indirect damages; (5) you may terminate at any time, after which we stop processing new invoices.
